💶 What does it cost for venues?

In short: only real attendance. One check-in at an event of your venue — nothing else.

The only charge: the check-in

Only who was really there is billed — per check-in of a guest at an event of your venue. Not reservations, not clicks, not opening a table. Base price €1.00 net per check-in, adjusted regionally (countries with lower purchasing power pay proportionally less, no country above the base price). VAT: 19 % domestically, reverse charge (0 %) with a valid cross-border EU VAT ID.

Free of charge

creating, claiming, being listed and being suggested as a venue;
publishing the operating calendar and open times;
holding and confirming reservations — as long as no check-in results;
opening a table, adding perks, the venue gallery;
accepting or declining blind-date requests;
the venue’s own check-in never counts.

Requirement

Billing happens only if your venue has a billing company on file (owner identity-verified; VAT ID optional, checked against EU VIES if given). Without a company on file, no invoice is created.

When

Once a month, one collective invoice per company for the period’s check-ins. Every billed check-in is linked to its invoice — as evidence in case of dispute.

Why this wayCheck-in is the most honest metric and cannot be suppressed by the venue (a location check-in is also possible). You pay only for people who were actually with you.
