A venue can host itself — and pays fairly for actual attendance.

• Table: a venue releases a table — which becomes an ordinary event, optionally with a perk.
• Operating calendar & reservations: open times with capacity, hold/confirm/cancel seats. Matching events and planner meetings nearby automatically hold seats with you — you confirm or decline.
• Blind-date requests (optional): if a blind-date couple agrees on your venue, a reservation request for two seats arrives automatically — you confirm or decline (no names).
• Create a venue: by hand, from map data (OpenStreetMap), or claim an existing one (only with confirmed identity).
• Company & billing: the invoice recipient is a company. A VAT ID is optional (if given, it is checked against EU VIES). Billing is based on actual attendance per check-in — not reservations, not clicks. Cross-border EU with a VAT ID as reverse charge; without a VAT ID at 19 % German VAT.
